Q: Can I try a class before signing up?
A: All classes can be tried before registering. First fill out the registration, all new classes are trial classes, an e-mail confirmation will arrive letting you know any specifics to the class.
Q: Are there any Contracts I must sign or Commitments that are Required?
A: No, There are no contracts, and commitments are month-to-month.
Q: Is there a recital, and do I have to Participate?
A: Yes, there is a year end-recital and a Christmas recital and we suggest everyone participate.
Q: What kind of Information Can I get Through the Customer Portal?
A: After registering, you will be sent via e-mail, instructions on how to log into the studio’s customer portal. Once you sign on, you will be able to see all of the classes available, and all of the studio’s events, and be able to sign up for them on-line. You can request your child’s classroom syllabus and her/his progress reports. You can view your account and after setting up the billing portion pay your bill on-line. There is a dozen different operations that you are able to do on-line to help the busy parent keep abreast of all that is happening at the studio and with their child.
